The one I've received has the bones behind the skull, and it doesn't have a black eye. They sent me a different flag than the one shown in the picture.
The price was right and it was what I had expected it to be. I hung the flag on the wall in my grandson's newly decorated pirate themed bedroom. They loved it.
still very happy with it. Good flag, pretty much what i was expecting, not extremely thick but for the price you can't be expecting something of super high quality.
Ironed it to take out the creases. Like a nylon material. Cheap price. 3x5ft flag.
